Nice accent if it stayed where it was placed! These spheres do NOT have a flat surface therefore they roll and move.

all you need to do to make this sit without rolling is a small washer. set it on the small, flat washer and VOILA... no rolling. you won't even be able to see it if it's small enough.

I bought three of these balls: 2 small and one large. I grouped them on a shelf in my built-ins in our living room. They look great. They are the perfect size and the price was good.

shiny stainless steel spheres

I ordered 3 of each size and then ordered three of each again. I have a large one and a small one in the pool, where it's a treat to see your reflection as you swim up to and beside them. Two are reflecting balls in the cottage garden, The rest are in various places throughout the property as quizzical non-natural objects.

Pretty, but flawed!

Sorry to say, I was disapointed in the final finish of these and had to return. I LOVED the concept and overall appearance, BUT the seams on both the large and small were poorly executed. IF you are going to place these up above or down below where a close-up of all sides are not easily seen, then yes, they would be perfect. But if they are within eye level or closer in, I would be concerned (where mine would have been displayed). The seam area where the two halves are put together was not well done on mine (surprised a few others said their's was "good"). Each of mine had a wide, maybe 1.5" wide, band of distorted finish almost all the way around and/or some pits along the same area where the two halves were joined. These were clearly seen but wouldn't be so distracting, as I said, if they are not in "plain sight". Otherwise, the rest of the finish was terrific.

The spheres are as if not more beautiful as they are in the photo. A wonderful accent that adds a special dimension reflecting the entire room. Beautifully produced.

One for the home, one for the office. Both give my spaces a touch of the futuristic without overwhelming it. Both have a smooth, mirror-like quality to them and require very little maintenance - barely alcohol on a swab of cloth and it sparkles. Very light, airy, but surprisingly, they don't roll away. I have a large one underneath the Harvey Carbon Nightstand that accompanies my Alpine gunmetal bed and the look is just fascinating.

Not quite as shiny as I expected. The picture makes them look like they have a mirror finish, but in reality they are more of a polished shine rather than mirror finish. Still I think they are really beautiful. I have actually filled my fireplace with them (since we rarely need to use it in sunny SoCal).

Beware escaping garden ornaments

I have had one of these for two years and it has been a beautiful addition to my english garden. I moved not too long ago and put it into my new garden, which was much less well developed. A very windy day blew it over the edge of the garden wall, more than a block down the street and into another person's side garden. When I went looking for it the gentleman in the garden was completely flummoxed by the alien orb that had taken up residence in his flower bed.

If you put this outside PLEASE be careful to put it where it cannot blow away. It is seriously cool looking and if it escapes it may find a new home in another's garden.

These are sleek & chic. I didnt expect these to be so big but absolutely love them! Bought both sizes (sm. & lg) and they are on my media console and look so fabulous. The reflection it gives off is perfect and i love that it is seamless. Another great accessory from CB2

I was looking for silver accents for my bedroom that has bright colors and these are great! I have the large and small one together and they are so unique. A little expensive but look very nice so well worth the money
