Nice shape, good value

This decanter is a lovely shape, and for the price cannot be beat. It's not very "heavy duty," like your grandmother's crystal, but what did you expect for $9? I purchased this after reading some foodie advice column to always decant your red wine to bring out the aromas and flavors, and this did a great job. It was a real hit at a recent dinner party. I would purchase this again.

Great decanter for the price

I actually use this more for flavoring water than for decanting wine. I add strawberries or lemons and change it out every few days. Makes a great presentation! Can't beat the price. Glass feels thick enough that you're not going to break it while hand washing.

Excellent, Affordable Decanter

At under nine dollars, the walker decanter is a steal! I don't buy many wines that require decanting, but I love using this decanter to quickly aerate red wines before enjoying. Its unusual shape also looks lovely on my bar when not in use, and I've been tempted to use it as a vase on many occasions.

Can't Live Without It!

We registered for the Walker Decanter as an "Oh, this looks fun!" item. It has turned into one of our most used household pieces...which means we're either winos or just like really like to get the most of out our products. Let's go with the latter and say that we absolutely love this decanter!

not just a decanter

i've always wanted a decanter but found them too expensive. walker has a great shape and an even better price tag. although i rarely use it as a decanter, i find it's everyday role to be a gorgeous vase for my flowers.

I purchased two of these... one for my mom and one for my mother-in-law. I gave them each two of the arc stemware wine glasses in addition and they made the perfect gifts! The shape of the glasses and the decanter compliment each other really well and I now want some for myself! One of the decanters did arrive broken but after a simple phone call they sent out a replacement that arrived within a few days.

This is a great little decanter. It's drawback is that the lip is very squared off and a bit sharp. It really should be smooth.

I purchased this for my Mom. She loves it and we always use it for any red wine. I think I will purchase more of these in the future to have on hand to give out as gifts! Can't beat the price!
