Great modern Outdoor table

We love this table. It's very modern and nice looking, was easy to put together and seems very durable. Looking forward to using it for years to come.

Good talbe

I bought this table on sale at the end of the season--we had just purchased a new home with a big deck for which it'd be perfect. As it turns out, the dining table that was supposed to be left at the house was not. So we're using this inside for now. And it looks really good! I put some armor-all type protectant on it to avoid water rings on the (fake) wood. I saw a table just like it (real wood) in a very expensive furniture store recently.

Not worth the full price

I got this table, a bench and 4 chairs. I purchased it in the spring, so I paid full price for it. We have it outside on a covered patio, so it does not get sun exposure. The table is just OK. It's nothing special, and really not worth $499. I might be happier with it if I'd paid $199 for it. This is something that bothers me about CB2. The store makes me not want to shop there because i am aggravated by their full/sale price changes.

Functional and affordable

Purchased this table with the bench, a few chairs and the cover for our roof deck and so far very happy with it. It's easy to move and lightweight, modern looking and easy to care for at a very reasonable price.

good for indoor use

We bought this to use as an indoor desk/dining table. Other reviews said that it's bad for outdoors, but that didn't phase us. However, I will say that it shows EVERY little drop of water; we're going to seal the wood, but it doesn't seem treated at all, so it looks like it won't hold up without sealing for any type of outdoor use. It was super easy to put together and is night and sturdy.

Great table and bench set

The Chelsea table and bench are perfect for me. After it was delivered, I noticed the delivery crew forgot several bolts which made the table very wobbly. I called CB2 and they sent the missing parts right away. Then when the parts arrived, one of the screw holes in the leg was drilled crooked, so I called cb2 again and they sent a replacement leg right away. After it was finally assembled properly, the table is very sturdy and perfect. I also purchased the cover and I keep it on the table (with the bench tucked under the table) whenever not in use, so haven't experienced any fading. I love the design of the table and I think it will last for many years. I figure if the "wood" slats start to fade, I will just get some exterior paint and paint over them with a charcoal grey or something. Overall, very pleased with my purchase. Definitely worth paying the steeply reduced sale price!

Great deal for great quality

I loooove my new table. The quality is just as good as the floor model I observed. Not only did I snag it for 60% off, It came fully assembled and the delivery guys brought it all the way up to my rooftop without grumbling. That is a rarity in New York city. I alos go thte b ench and the cover. The cover is awesome bcause it clings to the frame so the it doesn't blow off in high winds.

Bought this from the cb2 store in west Hollywood. Placed it on my outdoor deck. Within two months the wood became faded and cracked (and not in a "it gives it character" way). You can't even run your hand across it without getting splinters. I know no furniture is immune to the effects of mother nature, but this seemed a little ridiculous.

the table top that was delivered to us, is not as nice as the one on display in the store.. ours came slightly faded and after one use looks to have some water? stains. am going to go back to store look at the display again. i am not 100% satisfied.

a bit wobbly

I like the look of it, but the quality is not exceptional. The one we got was very wobbly, the holes for the screws on the legs and tabletop are poorly matched, could not tighten some of the screws, and one could not even fit through the hole. While we are waiting for a replacement, we are using the one we got; and it's a bit too unstable. Hoping the replacement will be better. The coordinating bench, where there seemed to be no issues during assembly, is a bit unstable too. Well, it was quite cheap, so no regrets. We got what we paid for.
