I looked for months for the perfect bar stools for my kitchen island. I wanted a stool that was simple, comfortable and would blend in with my 1925 Craftmans cottage.

Sturdy without being too cumbersome. We bought these to go with the Stern Counter Table. Great fit and look. They slide well on the wood floor.

just bought these two flint barstools for the island countertop in our kitchen and we absolutely love them! they fit our modern, contemporary decor. they are comfortable, sturdy. would recommend these stools to those who share our flavor!

I have a small space, so I was looking for stools I could tuck under a counter-height table (I got the shorter stools) - these worked perfectly and are surprisingly comfortable too. They seem like they'll last through a couple of moves!

very sturdy and beautiful they go great with our furniture and we love the industrial look that they have. We ordered them in the fall after a year of looking for bar stools that would work in our house. they have held up and stay in beautiful condition especially for having two small children.

We bought the 30" bar stools in addition to the Vice Dining Table and Phoenix Carbon Bar stools and love the entire set. They are extremely comfortable, we dine here everyday and there hasn't been a complaint. We get a lot of compliments from guests, especially about how comfortable and sleek it looks in our small apartment. Affordable and modern, fast delivery and easy set up, couldn't be happier.

Stools are great! Bought them for my kitchen. If you have kids even better, easy to clean up and not your ordinary looking stools. They can go with many different decors too. Sturdy, yet easy to move for clean-up.

These stools are much more solid and heavier than they appear in the picture, and the rawness of the metal is perfect if one is looking for some industrial style, while the sleek lines lend to a great minimalism. Put 6 in a wine tasting room and everyone loves them.

If you are considering buying this bar stool just go ahead and do it. They are great looking and even better in person than in the photos on-line. Very sturdy and surprisingly comfortable as the seat is fairly wide unlike many bar stools where you just sort of teeter. I can't say enough about how great they look. Also, I ordered six of them in the wrong size and had to exchange for six more. Customer service couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. This was my first time purchasing from CB2. Great experience.

Great Bar Stool

I purchased these for my kitchen, site unseen, as there is no CB2 where we live. They are very sturdy, and even though they are metal, the nice big seat is comfortable. P.S. CB2's delivery service was very professional, easy and no hassles).

Funky and low profile

We needed a low profile barstool that would fit on one side of our kitchen island but not take up a lot of space. These fit the bill perfectly. They echo our stainless steel appliances and fit in with the clean, modern lines of our open mudroom, but look great against the more classical elements of our 1670's house. The perfect choice.

I like the way the bar stools look with the stern counter table from CB2, but be forewarned that it comes with some discoloration around the corners of the stools and around the rungs. It can look rugged and industrial or worn. Depends on what you're going for (the discoloration/worn look wasn't clear online).

We bought 2 of these to use for seating at the penninsula in our very small kitchen (less than 10x10 feet). They have a great vintage look and fit nicely under the penninsula. Though they are lightweight, they are sturdy and surprisingly comfortable to sit on. Came nicely packaged too.

Very Industrial

I bought these stools online without seeing them in person first. They are made well, sturdy and not cheap looking. However they did not go well with my decor and so had to return them. They had white markings which I did not expect. I would suggest seeing them in person before purchase as they have a very industrial sorta unfinished vibe. Nice stools overall just not for me.

Purchased these for our contemporary deck/ bar area. Their simplicity fits the decor perfectly. The stools are comfortable to sit on and are solid construction. Metal finish varies a little with each stool but not a problem in our situation. Our kids love them too!

Beautifully Industrial

I've been looking at bar stools for a while and they all seemed to be the same boring style. I was looking for a minimal industrial look, so when I saw these I fell in love. Not only are the beautiful but they are actually quite comfortable. I purchased three for my kitchen island and they look amazing. My favorite part is the structural foot ledge on the bottom. I highly recommend these bad boys.

Just received these stools and I love them! They have a cool industrial look to them and fit in really well with my decor. I wasn't expecting a metal stool to be cozy and comfie and it's not, but it's not so uncomfortable that I can't sit in them for a quick breakfast or something. I'm happy with my purchase!
