We hung this in our dining area that opens to the livingroom and kitchen its absolutly beautiful. Light on or off the whole family loves it. we were a little concerned with how big it was but if it was smaller it just wouldnt have the same impact. You wont be disappointed its well worth the price and the wait!!

I love this! It is nice quality, especially considering it's metal and plastic - not flimsy at all. I will say, I opted for a profession to hang it and he was able to without trouble at the base of the basement stairs - it's perfect!
We have not lit it up much yet and have had to recharge, but I'm ok with that. I am just afraid about replacing the bulbs if they burn out (thought I read you cannot).

Think twice before you buy it/overpriced

I was looking for a WOW effect when my Interior decorator recomended this product to me. The product has it when you see the letter from far away. But they are not well made, I think when you really look at them closely, after paying so much money, they look cheap. Came in a very secure box, very well packed. But when we were ready to hang them, many letter has scratches and small defects. They are really HARD to hang, you get 6 letter and none of the the hangers are perfectly alligned. The batteries DO NOT last, you have to recharge them every day. This is VERY dissapointing.
We called CB2 to complain and the customer service rep. agreed to send a new set of letter. We will see!!!

Wonderful addition to our basement family room. Came well packaged and I liked the helpful templates for hanging. I charged (6 included) all the batteries ( also included) and hope they last a long time. Colors are spot on with photo and seem well made and good quality. I love the Novogratzs and love this even with its high cost!

Very hard to hang on wall

Please, someone tell me why no measurements, no instructions, and little strips-of-paper templates? Most of all, why the no-tolerance keyhole hangers?
The good news is that the light boxes come with rechargeable batteries and a charger that plugs into the bottom of each box. The bad news is that I only figured out that I needed at least 1 1/2 inch vertical clearance between the rows *after* I'd drilled a few holes too many. The second set of holes is hidden, thank goodness. I'm hoping I won't have to take the boxes off the wall - or wrestle them back on via the keyhole hangers - for a long time.

Absolutely love these pictures! Hung them in our kitchen dining area in 2 rows, with 3 across. Everyone that has come over has complimented us on them.
Love the look at night when they are lit up!
We hesitated at first due to the cost, but they are worth every penny!
