No texture, no layers of color...vase I received is totally smooth and a dark, muddy meld of brown and silver. Gross. That's what I get for ordering on a free shipping day.

It's a great vase, but as I read in other reviews, the color may vary greatly from the photo. I was hoping for black/brown, but got more of a grey/green. It's still a deal for the price.

Dimensions are not exactly as described, but still a very nice addition to my end table. Earthy and elegant! Great quality, feels substantial! Would recommend!

a piece of garbage

i put a single stem in this vase and the food and a tiny amount of water. the water seeped out of the bottom and mineral deposits formed on the outside. i think the factory stopped applying glaze at some point during production (like maybe after the prototype) which is why the other reviews say they don't have any color effects. mine is also a single color brown.

Uniform finish, not as pictured

While generally satisfied with this purchase because of the affordable sale price, the vase I received is uniform in color and finish, not like either of the vases in the product photos. I would have preferred one with dual colors, or a drippy glaze.

The vase was a bd gift for someone at work who's bd is in October. Customer Service said they would ship one out 2nd day air, which was nice to offer but not nessessary as I have about 3 weeks before her bd...so Customer Service good, but many items arrived damaged or defective. Box the vase came in was in mint condition and vase was wrapped in bubble wrao, so not sure why the bottom of the vase was busted out...

What Not to Love - Great Vase - Great Value Price

Received my vase today, wonderfully packed I must add. The vase is perfect, size is actually what is described, not too small or too big. I would describe the color as a matte khaki green or taupe, not really a true brown, possibly smoky brown, there's alittle bit of turquoise on the top of the vessel. It works well with the khaki or slate family of green, beige, brown, gray or gold. I purchased one for my wall unit but love it so much want to purchase another for my kitchen counter or bathroom vanity. It's the perfect size, not over powering and would look wonderful with my slate flooring. You won't be disappointed, it's a one of a kind piece, people will wonder where you found it. Love it!

Lovely green tint, but a small opening

I was looking forward to pairing this with my Vice High Dining Table, so I went to check it out in the store. It looked a little plain online, but when I arrived to the store, I noticed the nice subtle green tints. I was very pleased. However, the opening is tiny. I may be able to fit one stick on botanicals, but I have yet to try. Looks great as a stand alone, though.
