Really loved this love seat at first -- color is exactly what I was looking for (sort of a warmer grey), and the size/design look great in my studio apartment.

However, I've had it for nearly a year now and am experiencing major buyer's remorse. The back cushion was sort of misshapen upon delivery, but not horrible. Hard to describe, it just sort of "slouched" unevenly (not along the appropriate hemlines) no matter how hard we tried to reshape it. The unevenness of the back cushion has continued to deteriorate to the point that it's now looks completely sloppy. In hindsight, I wish I would have contacted CB2 immediately about the mishapenenss, but I naively thought it would "break in" appropriately. Instead it's been the opposite. I try to "flip it" daily to minimize which helps a bit, but that means that the zipper is facing upwards half the time. Overall the back cushion just makes the entire loveseat look dumpy and uncomfortable. Additionally, several feathers have started to poke through from the cushion--I'm continually having to clean those up. I could accept this if the love-seat was heavily used, but we don't even own a tv, and aren't really "couch people." It MAYBE gets an average of an hour's use a day if we're reading? Also, it's just my husband and I -- no small children, no crazy parties, so it's not like this furniture has been through a lot...

On the plus side, the fabric has held up well, and I really like how it doesn't show dirt/stains. But overall, I can't recommend...
