An option for an Artist

Artist painter here, I been used this frames for my small paintigs for a while, Original work that dont need glass, look amazing in this frames. Another option than the gallery float wood frames artist ussually using. My clients love it! .

Stylish, high quality frame at a decent price. I really like how deep the matte is. It was very easy to insert the picture, hang etc.

Perfect for a Photo Wall

I got both sizes of these frames when I was making a photo wall, and they merged perfectly with the look I was going for. The white matte portion isn't the absolutely best quality, but certainly great for the price!

The frames are very clean and modern. And since they are the same size regardless of the photo size, it was easy to arrange them in our living room.
I ordered three frames, and one of them had a small fault on it. When i called customer service, they sent me a new frame right away. No hassle.

Unexpected matting

I didn't read the description of these frames very closely before I purchased and was surprised that the matting was not under glass. The glass only covers the picture you put in the frame. I was thinking about sending them back, but after I hung them on the wall, they really grew on me and I kept them. They look really nice. I just hope that I can keep the matting clean and damage-free.

Walnut Frame with White is Alright!

I love the contrast of walnut framing with a large white matting around my photo. This frame combines well with other CB2 frames of different materials and colors too. Thank you CB2!

Matted Area has NO Glass

Love the color and contrast of these frames. They are very well constructed. My husband was annoyed that there was no center hanging hardware but instead two on either side, but I ignored his negativity and hung them perfectly no problem.
Also, you might want to know there is no glass over the matted part. It's hard to see but it's really exposed and the glass is only over the picture area.
The matted part is hard to clean off smudges so don't let any little fingers touch!

Affordable and high quality alternative to custom framing. Wood tone is beautiful, warm, and works well with wide variety of wall colors. Matting is sturdy and does not distract from the framed image. Great buy!

I bought some prints and was looking for a nice, clean lined frame for them. These fit the bill. The only downside is that the matte is exposed and I did end up scratching it a little bit. Fortunately, it's not that noticeable. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Love the look - but how do you hang it?

I love the frame. Very clean lines. Love how big the mat is in relation to the photo. Very crisp and modern. As another reviewer mentioned, the corners of the mat cutout are rounded. My only beef - it's difficult to hang. The hanging hooks are right at the top of the frame, so I don't know how to hang it without seeing hooks/screws. And no screws seem to fit in the slot.... anyone have any advice?

After seeing these frames on the cb2 website, I searched for similar ones that were perhaps less expensive. I could not find them. These frames are solid oak and very unique. I highly recommend them!

Midcentury-inspired frame

Love the frame...very good quality. It fits the bill exactly for the midcentury look I am going for. I would have given 5 stars if description had mentioned that mat is not under glass. It is designed to sit on the top of glass, so the opening can only fit an 8X10 and not other sizes in case you are planning on not using the mat, it's not possible. I'm also worried about getting dirt or fingerprints on the white mat since it is exposed. That's my only complaint. Also mat has curved corners and not straight 90" angle corners. It is hard to see in the pics.
