Received this lamp on Friday. It was pretty easy for 2 people to put together (except for attaching the shade and bulb from above--that was a bit tricky). It looks fabulous. It is big and super sturdy, and I love that the CFL bulb included is dimmer-compatible. Couldn't be happier!

Absolutely LOVE this lamp! It adds a wonderful vertical element to my living room. Dimmer on the cord keeps the clean line of the arc, and allows for full room illumination as well as dim mood lighting.
I was somewhat concerned as several reviews stated 2 people needed to assemble - but that was certainly not the case. Had it together myself in about 10 minutes!

It provides illumination that somehow manages to be both bright and soft, plus I view it as a piece of sculpture as well as a light. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Nice look for the price.
I am finding it impossible to adjust. Once you extend, it does not want to go back.

It looks great in my condo. It does require 2 people to install but it was not so bad. The lamp is sturdy and looks like it's designed well.

this is a great lamp that puts off a really beautiful light. it was easy to put together and looks great in room. i replaced the energy efficient bulb it comes with for a nicer, more diffused light. highly recommended.

LOVE this lamp. It's the perfect size (hangs over our corner sectional) and I love that we can control brightness with an easily-concealed switch. I've seen floor lamps like this at much more expensive prices but the quality is on par with others in this category. Appreciate that I got to pay less but receive a great product regardless. We're very satisfied with it!

This is a lovely lamp and I do not regret the purchase. My only complaints would be that the assembly definitely requires 2 people (the base is quite heavy) and the shade is a bit darker than I thought and because there is a panel below the shade, the light is a bit dimmer than I would have wished. Aside from that .... an excellent lamp, good design and great value.

We looked at an arc lamp at a big box store and were really disappointed by the quality. We headed to CB2 to look at this lamp because the other reviews were so great. This lamp looks great, the finish of the metal is shiny. The weight of the lamp feels solid, the total opposite of the other lamp we looked at. Our CB2 store was out of stock so we are waiting for the lamp to be delivered. Can't wait to see it in our living room.

I've always loved the retro style of this lamp. I absolutely love the way it has transformed the look of my living room. It's large, well-built, sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. I would highly recommend this very cool lamp.

I bought this lamp for my living room and love it. It's very well made and adds a nice modern touch to the room. I love that I can adjust it to hang at different heights. Similar to other reviewers, my only complaint is that the on/off/dimmer switch is attached to the cord instead of on the pole which somewhat limits where you can put it. All in all, I would recommend this lamp.

I love this lamp. It's exactly what I was looking for and at an amazing price. Similar lamps at other stores run much more expensive. The base is very sturdy and the lamp shade is easy to move around and tilt.
I would definitely recommend this lamp to anyone considering it.

We purchased this lamp when a similar one from another store failed us after only a year. We've had this one for a few months now and love it. The light is great, it's nice and sturdy, and I especially love the style. It complements our room without trying to be the center of attention.

This is a perfect floor lamp if you're looking to add some warm shade to your space. It goes very well with all kinds of styles. We especial appreciate and love the texture of the cover (cloth), it gives us a japanese living style, exactly what we're looking for.
