Nice product, until it faded

I have six pillows in a living room that receives indirect sunlight and have never had a problem with fabric fading. The grey on this pillow faded to white within five months. CB2 said they had no other complaints on this issue and, after two requests to speak with a manager, is providing a shipping label to return the defective pillow.
