color block. Split screen of chocolate brown/natural does surprise flip to solid natural back. Handsewn flange with contrasting natural blanket stitch frames 100% cotton square. And the good news is, all CB2 pillows include a feather-down insert (a rare thing indeed). -100% cotton -Brown/natural; front -Solid brown; back -Includes feather-down insert -Hidden zipper closure -Machine wash -Made in India

Black and grey, not brown/natural!

At least the pillow I received was black, not chocolate brown, and the other half was grey--as far as I know, I don't have any color-related visual impairments. I returned this.
