Rug design is awesome, but is the thinnest least comfortable I've ever purchased, even with the rug saver.

good bang for the buck

buying a huge 8x10 rug for $199- you can't really beat this. it fills our big living room, which sees a lot of traffic. due to the light colouring of the rug, it does look dirty- especially around the edges. fortunately, we have a carpet cleaner- and it always comes back to looking just like new. also, due to the construction of the material you don't have to worry about it shedding and doing nothing but pulling up the carpet fibers. it is perfect for people with pets & little kids. if you dont want a rug to start to look dirty, don't buy a taupe rug. simple as that.

good for a low traffic area

I bought this rug on sale for my bedroom. I am really happy with the way it looks but the other reviewers are right, it does collect dirt. It is not a problem for me because I don't wear shoes on the rug or have pets that step on the rug. I would not recommend this rug for a living room or dining room, it would get dirty too quickly.

Love at first sight

I loved this rug when I fist saw it. It seemed perfect for the space I had and could stand up well to my two small dogs. I even contacted the maufacturer and determined that it could be trimmed to fit into my space. It looked great in our home. However, after only having it a couple of months, it is very dirty. Vacuuming doesn't help at all. Not sure what to do with it now. I wouldn't recommend buying this rug.

i was so excited about this rug when we first bought it. the creativity is amazing and it seemed as though it would hold up better than anything we'd had before. it's been about two months now, and it looks like the dirtiest rug we've ever owned despite vacuuming and even getting down on hands and knees to scrub with soap and water. we're going to look for a new one now but disappointed to waste money for only about a few weeks of it looking great! have always supported the store, just disappointed with this purchase.

Great versatile rug

Needed a good looking carpet for my dining room that was childproof and I found it. The felt backing of this rug eliminates the need for a pad. The rug is modern, a bit whimsical and looks expensive. I

Rug looked great when new but is shows dirt worse than any rug we have ever had. It is our living room rug and it looks worse after two months than our old rug looked after 5 years.
moping is not really a cleaning option because the rug is on an oak floor and the moisture would destroy the wood.
We never expected to have to replace the rug after 6 months of use.

Off-white becomes off-black

We loved the pattern for this rug and bought it as an indoor rug even though the thickness/comfort level was not what we would have preferred. We were very happy with our purchase for the first 3 weeks, but noticed very quickly that it collects dirt in a very visible way, and the off-white parts have not officially turned off-black. I realize that this is an outdoor/indoor rug and is therefore washable, but I muse question the practicality of needing to wash the rug down every 2 months. Despite our love of this pattern and our strong affection towards CB2 products, we would not recommend this rug.

Love this rug

We wanted a neutral rug with a little pizzazz and this rugs fits the bill! We are using it in the living room and love how flat it is...no tripping. In person the circles are really intricate and unusual and just visually pleasing, a kind of graphic animal print. Very happy with this purchase!
