Using as an interior couch

The complains I've seen about this product mainly seem related to the cushions fading when the couch is used outdoors. I bought 3 of these an arranged them in a "L" shaped couch inside: love it. Great design. Only wish they had other havana II sectional units still available.

I purchased the whole set-as it appears in the catalogue.We just love it.It is so light and looks so very nice and chic.We have got so many compliments from all our friends.CB2 has done a fantastic job with this whole collection.

Good Price, Better suited for screened-in

Per earlier reviews this product will fade. Decided to place in screened in patio vs exposed setting, so the fading has not been as significant as noted above. Great price, if you have somewhere that will not recieve significant sunlight.

My Outdoor Living Room

This summer I decided to create my outdoor living room and the havana II set was perfect for my urban oasis. It's not bulky so it looks great but is also comfortable. We have enjoyed many summer days and nights on our deck thanks to these. I do have to mention that when we first got these, I believe the first set had some defects in the wood. I sent CB2 pictures and they were so helpful and replaced the pieces right away so we were happy with our purchase. We had no problems with the new set we received which we have had all summer now.

Wish for connectors

I have not had the fading issue -- my set is on my outdoor, covered patio -- BUT I really, really wish this set would have come with connectors so that the chairs didn't scoot around so much. The whole set is rather lightweight. Wish it was heavier...or there was some way to anchor the set. (I purchased 5 pieces)

Faded and disappointed

After hearing about the 'updated' quality, I ordered these back in June. Even with the optional covers, these have faded and look like absolute garbage. I would've rather bought $29 folding chairs - I'm sure they would have held up better.

This would be a decent outdoor furniture set if it didn't immediately fade into a completely different and much less attractive color. We had it under a shade sail and the indirect sunlight still turned it a dirty green within a week. I guess the smart choice for patio furniture would be lighter colors.

cushions fade quickly

I love the look of this set. It is very comfly, however the cushions fade really fast in direct sunlight. And they slide around a bit. I'm already invested and over all like the look. I just wish the cushions stayed the dark grey they arrived. I will create a way to keep the cushions from slipping myself.

Love/Hate relationship

I usually do read reviews BEFORE I purchase, but I was so in love with this set I did it after clicking "purchase" with a knot in my stomach and temptation to cancel I awaited my patio lounge The design itself looks amazing on my deck and I find it very comfortable but its only been outside a week and its already a washed out faded grey/green color. It looks terrible.We have it under a giant umbrella for shade as much as possible and I bring the cushions inside every night...alot of hassle for the expense .............very disappointing
