Very handsome bed

I love how minimal and understated this bed is without looking so solid & blocky on the bottom the way so many platform beds do now. The delivery team was on time and quick to put it together. We're using it with an 8" memory foam mattress & it is super comfortable and the most quiet bed I have ever slept on. The little ledge is great to hold things like the fan remote since we don't have bedside tables yet. Our tiny dogs also use it all day and I'm happy they're not killing themselves trying to jump on a huge tall bed anymore.

I like the look of the bed and it feels solid BUT our standard mattress doesn't fit for the king size. The slats can be seen all around the mattress and if you position the mattress forward to hide the slats you get a huge gap between mattress and headboard. VERY disappointing.

This bed was a dream of mine for months before I actually chose to purchase it. When it came, it was evident the money spent was well worth it. I had just had a baby, was planning to co-sleep, and wanted something that wouldnt squeak. Of course I wanted great style too. This bed does not make a peep and my baby has slept soundly on it with us for five months now.
My only complaints are with size. Make sure you have a large bedroom as this bed does require more space than a standard platform frame. Also, there is a space between the headboard and the mattress which can be a little challenging.
Other than that, I think this is an incredibly handsome bed with comfort and quality worth the price.

I recently purchased this bed after much deliberation. I visited the CB2 store to examine the bed thoroughly in person before making my purchase and I was completely sold after visit 20:-)!
Having shopped around for a modern and sleek queen size bed for an affordable price the SPOKE BED had me sold!
Two months since purchasing the bed I look at it each day satisfied with my investment. I would definitely recommend this item for anyone in the market shopping for a Q/K size bed.

High quality, nice wool fabric, very sturdy. Barely fit my DWR queen memory foam mattress. Glad it was setup by delivery folks. Must have had over 100 parts/bolts. Took two guys at least 30 mins.

I love this platform. The upholstery makes it sound absorbing, brings some quiet to my room, which has big windows and a hardwood floor, and needed this badly. Everyone has commented on it -- great bed -- even people who hadn't seen the room before. Could use some pillows to fill in the game between the matters and headboard, now. Hard to spot that in the pic. But easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

The assembly team arrived 30 minutes after the two-hour delivery time. No apology was offered. After the work was completed I had to immediately return to work. Later that evening I returned home to discover that several of the bolts meant to hold the frame together were missing. Either the parts were missing from the order or they simply left them out. I was not impressed.

I love this bed!! great looking, can stand against a wall or the middle of the room (because of built in headboard), and love the comfy upholstered frame! Very sleep-friendly! Get one!!

I purchased the Spoke bed and the Simmons mattress in queen. This bed is super stylish and incredibly well made; however, this Simmons mattress and platform beds in general are not very comfy. I purchased an eggshell pad and a thick down mattress cover and this increased the comfort.

I got this bed recently and love the look and comfort. The only issue is its size... I got a queen but my queen mattress from Sleepy's leaves gaps so you can see the slats. If you were to get the bed, I'd recommend getting the CB2 mattress along with it so that the fit is (pressumably) better.

I really love this bed. It's a classic and and looks so elegant, yet trendy. Perfect for our mid-century modern Eichler. They sent me a sample of the material which looked a bit darker than on the pictures online. Nonetheless, I liked the color. This bed is an eye catcher. The delivery was fast and unproblematic, build-up completed in 20 minutes. Nice. Would definitely recommend!

We have had this bed for four months and we couldn't be happier with it. It is well built, sturdy, and looks fantastic. We love how comfy it is to lean against the angled back while reading a book and it is a great height for a platform bed - not too short and not too tall. We love this bed and highly recommend it.

I am very happy with this purchase. The bed is very sturdy and the mattress we bought along with the bed is super comfortable. I like the extra space around the bed for keeping my books, however, I did not realize that the extended bed frame takes so much additional space from your room. Great material and quality!

This bed looks nice and feels solidly built, but it was not super easy to put together. I am happy with the product, but be aware that it takes some assembly time and muscle.

My bed arrived on time and was fully assembled by the delivery team. The simple, low profile design, dark color, and soft fabric texture are classic chic. The bed is sturdy and the perfect height for getting out of it with ease. There is enough room between the headboard and mattress and on the sides for setting your phone/alarm, books, and other items if you choose not to have a side table.

Been looking for a great modern low profile bed for a while for our place in Portland. Thank goodness the CB2 catalog arrived in the mailbox. We bought the bed and the mattress. Unbelievably comfortable and a small haven of softness and warmth in our urban industrial loft. thank you!
