I have a galvanized metal kitchen backsplash, and this just made the wine storage pop! As large as it needs to be to hold wine bottles - I can even store some on top outside the rack. NOT for the delicate tastes - this screams industrial.

I bought this for my twenty-something son who lives in a converted factory loft apartment. He absolutely loved it. It went perfectly with the ambiance of the apartment! In addition, it was shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition.

I normally hate all furniture intended for limited storage (aka wine racks, cd racks, entertainment systems). They're nearly always equally limited in their aesthetic design--being constructed for a singular (dull) purpose.
This wine rack however (with the few exceptions of wine storage systems that are far, far out of my price range) is the best looking, best designed I have ever seen. So much so I book marked the link even though I didn't need one, until later after some redecoration I realized I did need one after all.
The rack looks equally great on its side and on end, and the galvanized material detracts from any silly pretension of having your wine on display for all to view.
This wine rack however (with the few exceptions of wine storage systems that are far, far out of my price range) is the best looking, best designed I have ever seen. This is so unique - very industrial, and makes quite the visual impact. It's large, so it might be best used as a focal piece in a room. Love it!

I love the look of this wine rack but it is quite large especially when it is displayed horizontally. Be prepare to devote some space for this wine rack. Overall it look great. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars.

This looks absolutely stunning sitting on top of the mini bar that I purchased from CB2 as well. Not only that, it's well built and a very functional sturdy piece. Buy one of these! It's perfect.
