Kaktus duvet and shams pattern larger than plant life; Mojave sheets and cases scale it down. All pieces are super-soft 270-thread-count cotton. -Duvet cover and shams pattern orange and green on white -Sheet set and pillowcases have smaller-scale design -100% cotton -270 thread count -Machine wash -ImportedInternet only.

This duvet has wonderful vibrance and feels well made. I expected the green to be more of the green in the photo, but it's slightly lime green and more of a mustard green...but gorgeous! Totally works. Fits the queen bed just fine, no issues with size here.

Cute but stiff

Vibrant colors and great design but these sheets are super stiff so if you're one of those people who only likes super soft sheets, these are not for you. Unlike other reviewers I found the size to be fine, including sheets, pillow cases and duvet.

This set went beyond my expectations. They are very high quality and feel smooth to the touch. The duvet and shams were easy to put on and fit beautifully. I've read other reviews that said the shams were a tight fit for standard pillows. I didn't have that problem, and I loved the sham design. The colors are vibrant and look great in a darker room.

Pretty Colors, but Lacking

These sheets are extremely pretty in their bold, eclectic color scheme and I love them in my bedroom. My complaints are that for the money, these just fall a bit short of my expectations in value. As many reviews have said, the pillow cases barely fit a standard size pillow and the sheets have a very stiff hand or feel to them that does not seem to soften with washings. I usually love all CB2 products, but I would not buy these again.

Marimekko Bed Linens

I just purchased a furniture for the guest bedroom from CB2 and the beding was just the perfect finish to the look of the room. The quality of the linens is very good and I love the bright colors. Our adopted greyhound loves it too. He is allowed to lie on every furniture in the house (after all they are couch potatoes) except this room. He likes to think though it is his bed as well. He just figured out how to even open the door to the bedroom. My husband and I are not giving in though.

You get a lot for your money with this duvet. I have a dark comtemporary bedroom set and needed a splash of color. It's perfect!

I love it. Too things, 1st-duvet seems too big for a king comforter. And 2d-shams seem too small for a standard pillows.

These Marimekko bed linens are fabulous in large part because their colors remain bright and pop in any room, while the bedding is fabulously comfortable and keeps its shape and style.

The graphic print is wonderful and adds visual flair to my rather dark bedroom. I love how the design has a midcentury sensbility, but is totally contemporary. Other reviewers have commented that the sheets are not soft. I rather like their crispness -- they feel cool and breathe well. These are great summertime sheets.
My only complaint is the shams just barely fit my standard size pillows. A little more fabric and I'd be a lot less worried about shrinkage in the wash.

The kaktus duvet cover, shams, and pillow cases are beautiful. The design is bold but since the colors are low itensity, the overall effect is a stylish balance. I would describe the colors as burnt orange and pea-soup green on a crisp white background. The fabric is a heavy cotton much like a man's good quality casual shirt. I purchased both pillow cases and shams but prefer the cases because the smaller pattern adds more interest next to the large patterned duvet. I was surprised the shams were the same size as the cases and had the same side opening, as shams are usually larger and open at the back. Overall a good buy. I love the 1970s yet modern vibe. A great addition to my home.

I love the pattern, but I had to return my recently purchased set because the pattern degraded after washing. I washed them once before using them according to the manufacture's instructions (cold water, like colors, no bleach, tumble dry low, iron if needed) and the pattern (especially the orange) discolored. Little patches of fading showed up everywhere where the color was printed in large patches. I'm hoping that I got a bad dye lot. I'll let you know how the replacement set fares.

I love the marimekko line. Always great colors and patterns, but anyone looking to buy should know that these aren't the softest sheets in the world. They are disappointingly stiff and do NOT soften with age, unfortunately. I didn't take mine back though, they just worked too well in my bedroom.

I love these sheets and will always buy marimekko sheets from CB2 whenever they are on sale. They look wonderful and never fade in the wash. My old sheets look like new. The only issue is that the sheets do not soften with age. They remain stiff. Surprisingly, they are not rough on the skin. We love these sheets!
