Not for house with kids

This rack is sturdy but will take some reinforcements to keep it against the wall. Mine is already chipped from falling forward. The "rubber stoppers" don't want to stay on and are flimsy.

A Magazine Editor's Dream
Date:10/05/2009
When you are an editor for a design magazine, you have lots of such magazines lying around. Lots. And often they end up strewn about your apartment despite your futile efforts to take the advice inside them and "redecorate." The slat rack becomes those magazines' best friend. And mine too - were I to have it. I haven't bought one but have been lusting over it for months. Can't wait to put one into action in my crib.

practical and sleek
Date:09/15/2009
We needed more towel hanging space, but other ladder-like racks were too tall for our under-the-eaves bathroom. This one is perfect--has room for towels on the top racks and magazines for bathroom reading on the lower racks.

Very Happy With Purchase
Date:09/03/2009
This slat rack is the perfect solution for my tiny bathroom. My husband and I are in the process of completely renovating the bath, and we are already utilizing this rack for our towels. It gives us plenty of room for the whole family's towels and doesn't take a lot of floor space. No other towel bar or rack would have worked this well for us.

Very Useful Piece
Date:09/03/2009
I bought this for a difficult location on the side of a cabinet. I wanted something sturdy that could hang vertically. Even though it is designed to lean against a wall, it has two holes at the top that allowed me to do hang it. It is welded steel so it is sturdy.
The one issue is it is a very bright white--I spray painted it a bit softer white to match my furniture better.
