We bought this wall shelf for bathroom storage. It looks great and was easy enough to insall. It is pretty heavy so I would say it takes 2 people to install. We did not have any problems with shelves not being straight like a couple of other reviewers.

I purchased this for the entry to a very small 1-bedroom condo. I sits right next to a very small kitchen and I use it to hold all of my much-used office type materials (pencils, rubber bands, scissors, etc). I have various types of containers that I use to hold those materials. It is absolutely perfect for my contemporary condo. Mounting was not as difficult as some reviews indicated. I first put in nails and hung the unit to make sure it was in the right location and level. I then took the nails out and used mounting screw units for heavier items. I love this unit!

This shelf is solid, good quality and was really easy to hang. My original shelf came a little damaged from shipping, but a replacement came within days. My only complaint is that I wish it came with screws/anchors to hang it. Overally, really glad I purchased it. I love it and it looks so cool on my wall!

Great piece! It’s well made and sturdy. It’s very compact and with lots of options on how to decorate it. I put it at a low height and use it as a console as well.

I hung this in my great room towards the corner of the room and it looks fantastic on the wall. Unit is very well made and has a nice weight to it. To me, it was easy to hang, but definitely would recommend a helper. Got one screw into the stud and used a heavy duty wall anchor for the other screw hole. I've received plenty of compliments on it during my Super Bowl party and it was fun picking out random things to go on it. Even found a place for an old whiskey slot macjhine bottle my grandpa gave me on it. Adds a nice contemporary look without being too out there. I think it would work well in a traditional setting as well. Would definitely recommend buying it. Seems like a good price for what you get.

The perfect CD storage

I bought this to store and display the 200+ CDs that I have and I cannot believe how perfect this was. I was able to put all my CDs in it and it actually looks amazing. Unfortunately I wouldn't think to hang this on the wall with all the CDs because of the weight ( pound limit is 100 lbs), so I chose to just have it sitting next to a wall and works just fine. But if I didnt have as many CDs it would look beautiful if I had it hanging on the wall. It looks black and goes well with my black and white decor in the living room. I had thought about getting a wooden storage system, but this just fits and works great!

This unit measures 32 inches each side, and would not fit in the space I had planned. the dimensions in the description are incorrect! Look carefully at the welded areas between the "shelves", because mine had a fault. Otherwise a very cool design.

We bought this for the bathroom and it's working perfectly for us. Such a unique shelf, almost looks vintage. A great addition to our kind of urban rustic vibe. It's pretty heavy though, so it's not an easy piece to put up.

bought two of these shelves and placed them side by side over a buffet. they are large enough to not be dwarfed by my large walls and high ceilings. they add a rustic/industrial flair to the place. very sturdy, well made. easy to hang if you know what you're doing. fits items as large as a wine bottle/vase, as well as small tchotchkes.

I ordered this for displaying my husband's collection of service-club-related memorabilia -- a wide variety: model trucks, pen stand, glass paper weights, letter opener, piggy bank, patches, baseball bat -- you get the idea! The "look" is perfect for our urban loft -- a sturdy with a nice finish but just "industrial" enough not to look like it should hold china tea cups.

Great for collectors

My husband collects all kinds off odd little things. He has some Wizard of Oz stuff, some animals made from nuts, bolts and screws, and other things that have nothing to do with anything else. By putting them all on this shelf, he now has a collection that looks like it means something other than a bunch of junk. This is well-made and hangs easily. The only con is the price, but for us it's worth it!

Modern but fits in any decor

We ordered 2 units to put side by side. One came tweaked (off square). Customer service was fantastic and sent one out overnight immediately. It arrived in perfect condition. We made an outing with our son to find items for the shelves, along with small books, vases we already had. We had a great time and it looks beautiful all decorated! Easier to hang than we had thought (a level helps). Buy this. You won't be disappointed.

I have a huge collection of baskets, old and new, in a variety of sizes and shapes. I bought two of these and they hold my hard to display pieces perfectly. It would be nice if you could hang the shelves "upside down" if you wanted, so that you could get a different configuration of platforms.

This is a good looking wall shelf. It is substantial but easy to hang on the wall. It gives mementos, small books, and other items a place to show off. Plus it gets them off your desk or dresser so they don't get broken or in the way.
