A good value, and stylish

CB2 seems to have a knack for finding items that are stylish, affordable and fairly durable. This rug fits nicely into that niche as a great choice for brightening up a room without taking out a second mortgage for a 'designer' rug.
The screen colors I see are accurate but somewhat darker than perceived under bright lighting. The colors (gold and red orange) pop quite a bit and are pleasing tones. I like the gold so much I bought two accent chairs to match.
As to wear, I agree that it is better placed under a cocktail table or in a low traffic area; it can scuff up tuffs without too much trouble. And cat owners beware: they're going to like the weave to try out their claw and stretch move.
All in all, another pleasing selection from CB2. After looking at many so-called designer high end rugs high in price and low in tasteful patterning, I think this rug is a very good value for the money.

The yellow takes some getting used to

I do like this rug very much. Definitely suits my taste better than the traditional flowery rug I had previously. However, the mustard yellow is somewhat overpowering. I kind of wish it had not been yellow but some other color (not sure what else would work in combination with the other colors). Still, a nice rug. Needs to be vacuumed frequently as it sheds quite a bit, but I guess that will subside.

Great looking rug, nice quality wool. Colors are true to what was shown on the screen. Looks great in a guest room that we furnished with a contemporary camel sleep sofa and charcoal gray upholstered swivel chair. We painted the walls ivory and one accent wall medium gray. Very cool and unusual look that we had been unable to find elsewhere.

I have only had the rug a week otherwise I might have given it a 5 star rating. It looks amazing under two black couches and brightens the room considerably.
The previous rug was rather dull and boring by comparison. I have been looking for an affordable , cheery rug like this for over a year!
I hope it does not fade too much since it is in a high traffic area . Our whole family gave it a huge thumbs up!

Gorgeous rug in great colors. The red is actually a deep orange--fairly true to photos. Looks great in my living room. However, the quality of wool/weave is not the best. Have had this less than a month and it's already starting to show wear. You'll need to vacuum often.

I am a very traditional buyer, but this rug really sets apart the formal neutral approach I have created in my place. It juxtaposes quite nicely against my beiges, browns, and cremes.

This rug is true to the colors shown in the catalog and on-line. The gold is not too yellow, and the red is not too orange. It looks beautiful in our formal living room where there is little to no foot traffic. I placed it with a black couch and the gold wave pillows from CB2.

I purchased this rug to brighten up a generic apartment living room with beige carpet and it was the perfect find. I paired it with a slate blue sectional and the colors go perfectly. The orange and yellow accents are nice pops of color and give the room personality - modern yet homey. I haven't had any trouble with the quality of the wool, as another reviewer did, but it's not in a super high traffic area. I'm very happy with the quality and appearance of the rug.

This is a beautiful rug for a modern room, however be prepared to vacuum it at least once a day as traffic and playing make it look unnatractive. The wool is too low quality for a high traffic area as tufts of wool crop up all over it dulling the colors.
