I just love how the unusual shapes look on the table! The pure white goes with any of my (many) other colors, and the interesting shapes make the food I place on them look wonderful, besides. The more unusual, the better, I think.

I love the way my zoid plates look, but they aren't super practical in terms of actually eating off of them. They're not consistently made in terms of the base, and this makes some (but not all) a little wobbly when cutting food on them.

I really wanted something different for my everyday dishes and I absolutely love the style of these! I loved Villeroy and Bosch "new wave" pattern but refused to pay the price for any everyday set. I purchased a 12 place setting including the appetizer plates and small bowls as well.
Two of the salad plates arrived with two cosmetic blemishes and they are sending out replacements right away. The customer service is excellent!
As stated in previous reviews there is a mark on the center of the plates from the rests on the bottom of the plate but once the food is on the plate you cannot see it. They are a heavier set and not a thin porcelain set but for everyday they work great. Another reviewer mentioned that the plates did not sit flat. We always use place-mats so we have experienced any issue with the plates turning around. I took another reviewers suggestion and purchased the Nagoya 3 Part server and it matches perfectly! I could not be happier!

This dinnerware is innovative, beautiful and sets off the food in an amazing way. As a chef, it is very important that my food looks beautiful as well as taste good. I could not be happier with this wonderful product and the price point makes it very attainable.

Great bowl

We bought two of these bowls, as we couldn't decide on just one style, we loved so many! I was skeptical at first of the practicality of them because of the shape, but they actually hold a lot! I always put too much cereal in the bowl because I forget how much it holds. It also makes for a nice display on the table.

Love these bowls-- beautiful shape, but they are smaller than you think. The dimensions are a little bit deceiving because of the unusual shape. Often too small for such things as soup or salad, but awesome for small servings of dip, nuts, etc.

These dishes are great! Love the set - some of the plates aren't evenly weighted (they turn on the hard topped table).
I also got the Nagoya three part server platter, which goes perfect with the set and is great!

The shape and size of the salad plates makes for a fun way to change eating habits! The smaller plate makes the main course smaller servings so much larger and of course "delicious".

These plates are very unique and add a lot of flair to the table setting! I was looking for something unique and found it. Very durable too; dropped one the other day and didn't even crack! They are a bit too stark white for my taste and are thicker than what I'd prefer but all in all, an excellent purchase.

I bought the Zoid soup bowls and really like them. Having corners to your bowls is a new eating experience! Goes well with the plates I bought here at CB2. I like the variety of mix and match modern shapes.

I totally love the look of these plates. They would have fit perfectly into my home. HOWEVER, they don't sit flat. Because of the uneven nature of the bottom of these plates, when you try and cut something on them, they actually move and start to spin on the table. They rock back and forth. Another problem, you can see where the bottom support ring is, because of indents in the top surface of the plate. So they look cheap too. Because of these glaring problems, I had to return them. CB2 was awesome, and even paid for return shipping. I would buy from them again, but would NEVER recomend these plates.

These plates are sweet! The trapezoid shape is so much more unique than regular squares. They seem to be really sturdy and chip resistant as well. Great purchase!

These are great! Any lover of Picassos cubist works should buy 'em before they are gone. I've gotten tons of compliment son them and best of all no one else sells them in Minnneapolis!
The bowls take some getting used to (they are square) but who cares.. they're hot!
