These flutes are much more than 'basic' as the name says. These are simple, elegant, and classy flutes that have some height and stature (which, I think, is what makes them so elegant). These are so affordable, they were a great present to receive for our upcoming wedding...and the first gift we got from our cb2 registry. They held up well in the dishwasher and it should be noted, ALL of our registry items (glassware, plates, etc.) were INCREDIBLY well packaged. Thanks CB2 for adding some style and fun into our lives without breaking the bank!

You can pay so much more for flutes this nice. I hand wash mine because they are delicate, but that's what adds to their look. These are the perfect size for champagne/champagne cocktails. I purchased a set of 4 and will be getting more.
