A Great Deal

We were looking for a simple, modern fixture at a reasonable price. This lamp arrived very quickly, well packaged to avoid dents and damage during shipping, and it's just about perfect. One flaw: there is a barely noticeable glue mark around about half of the top of the shade. If you're looking for a museum-worthy masterpiece, this probably isn't the right lamp, but if you're looking for a nice lamp for a great deal, you can't beat it.

great contemporary/modern light

We installed this light in the bedroom, and it changed the entire look of the room. The shade is quite large (don't forget to look at the dimensions!), but we love how it looks.
Like others, we cut off the plug in and hardwired it, using a canopy kit to cover the box in the ceiling.
We are using the removable diffuser, and it casts a consistent, soothing glow around the room, vs the "spotlight" effect of our previous light. Using a soft light bulb, the shade looks ivory when the light is on.
Awesome light for the price, and I love cb2 - fast shipping, and well packaged items - they are my go-to online retailer!

Perfect Kitchen Table Overhead Light

I searched a long time for a light to swag over my kitchen table and this one is perfect. It is just as pictured. NOTE: I didn't realize it was a "plug-in" but my electrician was able to hard wire it into my ceiling and I bought a suitable/matching ceiling cap. My error. But this is a beautiful lamp. I was also please with my first experience with ordering from CB2... I'll be back :)

This pendant lamp was just what I was looking! For $50 I did not expect great quality - but it is great! One thing to note that is not in the description: you will need to purchase a canpoy kit to hang it from the ceiling. The cord is designed to drape from ceiling hooks and plug into the wall.

I love, love, love my eden pendant lamp. It looks fantastic in the corner/sitting area for my clients at my small business. It looks great with the modified zen look massage/spa business. I love it and it was affordable. We had no problem hanging it.

I was giving my business (hair salon) a renovation and wanted some interesting but simple lighting and discovered these lamps. Other lamps I had looked at were approx. $150.00 each and did not have the understated elegance that these did. I can tell you EVERYONE who has seen them loves them and I have turned them all on to CB2. You will be pleasantly surprised when you receive them.

Great Light for Living Spaces

We purchased this light to hang above our dining table in our dining room/living room space. We wanted a light that we could plug into the overhead socket, rather than hardwire, since we are renting.
This light is great. We tried a couple of different bulbs until we found the quality of light we wanted, and we decided to use the diffuser so that we weren't looking right at the bulb over dinner. BUT, you do not have to snap the diffuser onto the shade, if you want more light directly below the light.
It literally took about 30 min to install and set everything up. We are very happy and CB2 offers a great product for a price that no one else we looked at, could match. Excellent.
Oh, and it arrived in less than 4 business days.

Easy to install and adjust. I wired it directly to the light circuits and didn't use the plug and it worked fine. The only downside is that sometimes it doesn't hang quite straight. My wife loves it. Simple design and good quality for the price. Great buy!

I hardwired this light to hang in my dining room. I have 17' ceilings and I wanted a substantial sized light. I looked at something similar at a local lighting store that retailed for $700. I can't really tell a difference between the two. I highly recommend buying this!

I had been searching the internet high and low for a quality drum shade light fixture for my condo and found the perfect one here at CB2. The picture on the website doesn't even begin to do it justice--the fixture has a luxe look without the accompanying price tag and was very simple to install (I hired someone but a handier person can probably make this a DIY job). I was able to reuse my existing fixture's canopy and downrod so it could be hardwired from the ceiling, and it's just perfect. Comparable fixtures I saw online and in stores were running $150+ so for $50, this was an unbeatable deal. Seriously amazing and worth every penny (and then some!)

I read every single review on this lamp, and stewed for a couple months over whether or not I should take the plunge, and my only regret is that I didn't purchase it sooner!
We hardwired it so it could hang above our dining room table, and that only took 15 or 20 minutes. We were even able to re-use the canopy from the light it was replacing.
As an added bonus, our food tastes better now, as we feel like we're eating in a restaurant :)
