official movie site. Forget about sitting upright uptight polite. Deep down lounge in new laid-back natural slipcover invites curling up for a double feature, the bourne trilogy, a week of tivo. You don't sit on it, you sit in it-if you get the difference. Pile on too many pillows. Slipcover in pre-shrunk 100% cotton with linen-y speckles goes right in the washing machine. Movie Sofa

This couch was delivered last week, and so far, we absolutely love it! Although we haven't had any spills yet, we are excited that the cover is machine washable, and the shape of the sofa goes very nicely with all of our other mid-century furniture pieces. The couch is also very comfortable. I'm still trying to get enough pillows, but regardless, you can't help but lounge on the couch, it's perfect for relaxing.

Worth Every Penny & Pet Friendly

I spotted this couch back in August before I left Chicago and knew it would be mine. I had it delivered in home, on a Saturday. AMAZING! So comfortably, and the slip-cover is great because it's washable. My shetland sheepdog lounges on it, and I can just brush the hair off. It is a deep sitter, so pillows are a necessity. It's a little pricey, but definitely worth every penny.

Love this couch. Great to snuggle up and watch a chick flick on your own (plenty of room to keep a bowl a popcorn and a box of kleenex right next to you). Also works well to watch an action film with your guy, lots of room for 2!

We are proud parents of a beautiful and energetic toddler, who initially gave up on thinking that anything nice was going to last. Well, durability at last! The slipcover sofa compliments our contemporary style quite perfectly with its sleek elongated design. However, the functionality and comfort have not been sacrificed in its construction. Countless times, this couch endured abuse from my toddler's artistic ambitions and a 24hr call for "juice." If there is an accident, all you have to do is to unzip, drop it in the washer, and tadaa!!! Good as new again. My bro-in-law who is 6'5" 300+#s crashed on this baby for days at a time, and it still looks new. When in doubt, just unzip, wash, dry, and zip again. We are quite happy with the purchase and we would recommend it to anyone, especially those with kids who do not want to sacrifice style.

The craftsmanship on my sofa is great - no gaping or oversized areas so the cover is falling perfectly. It's a little wrinkled at the bottom from being wrapped in plastic but I like the non-uptight vibe that it projects. It's VERY comfy and isn't bulky at all. I love how it goes with EVERYTHING.

truly a movie sofa

I chose this product because style, but love the feel. It is easy to recline or prop yourself up with pillows. It is deeper than most sofas, so it accomodates all guests comfortably. Also, the slipcover makes it incredibly easy to clean. Stains from my 3-year old wash right out. So, you have the convenience of a slip cover, with a little more of a modern feel.

I bought this sofa for my new condo and its absolutely terrific. It has a wide seating area and can easily be a bed for the overnight guest. It does need some pillows for those who like more back support but with new pillows comes a new sofa look! This sofa can be whatever you want it to be and fit into any decor. I'd highly recommend buying it or at the very least, to go try it out at the CB2 store to get a real feel. Definitely money well spent as I admire it and sit on it everyday!

Nice sofa but cover is a little too big. Also, material is wrinkly. It takes some time adjusting slip cover to make appearance acceptable.

got this in ivory-- it's very deep and comfortable, great for cuddling. definitely need lots of pillows. easy for toddlers to stain but because of the slip cover it's easy to clean too. throw a duvet on there and it's a guest bed! everyone who's slept on it loves it!

My parents got this for me for my birthday, which was incredibly generous. I didn't get to see it in person before it was delivered, so I was nervous that I wouldn't love it, but I do. I adore it. It's totally appropriate that it's called the movie sofa too. It's perfect for movie-watching. I know, I watch about a film a day.

I searched for months for the perfect sofa and I am entirely pleased with this purchase. I wanted a light color sofa, versatile enough for those re-decorating impulses. So, the option to remove and wash slipcovers secured my decision. While the seat cushion is comfortable; remember that it is pillow less. Thus, you'll have to dish out extra dollars for back support and added comfort. But what fun you’ll have personalizing this sofa.

I loved the look and price of this sofa but was weary of the light color because I have kids and pets. I was delightfully surprised that the slipcover was so easy to remove and wash. This is a deep, comfortable sofa and a perfect fit for our family room.
