Cool conversation piece

I ordered these place mats to protect a new cherry wood table, but the placemats themselves have gotten more conversation then the new table! Its very fun to tell people it is recycled juice containers. They are very pretty, in a Jackson Pollack sort of way, I like them a lot!

I have been searching for the right placemats for quite some time and these are perfect! They are not flimsy by any means, these boards (which are firm & heavy compared to most placemats) have great texture & color, are easy to wipe clean, dress up the table a bit, and are eco-friendly. I love them!

this is my second purchase of these placemats. They were unavailable for a short while, so when I saw them featured again, I quickly reordered. It seems a new process was used to finish the newer placemats. They are shinier and feel more rubbery than the originals I ordered. Nevertheless, they are really very cool. You'll love using them.

Bought 6 of these and have only used them a few times. I like the look - just not much need, so I can't speak as to how they hold up. Overall, the color is more muted in person and they are very firm (like solid cardboard) not flimsy like some placemats. (Price that adds up is the only reason I didn't give them a 5)

these are awesome, color exploding , earth loving place mats to get ur eat on..they aren't at all flimsy (almost like a wooden clipboard)..and they are much more colorful than they appear to be in the pics...which is gr8...soooo....whatcha waitin' 4?

Cute, sturdy, eco-friendly, wipes clean in a second, fun to look at, friends always admire them. More interesting up close than in pictures. Looks great on my quartz countertop and on my cherry table.

In my quest of becoming more environmentally-friendly, these placemats have become a staple in my daily life. From a distance, they look tan, but up close you see all the bits that make it up. It's an earth-friendly mosaic!
It's easy to clean and I like that it's stiff, so you don't need to worry about them being knocked around.
I also use one for my cat's food bowls. It's perfect since it works on carpeting and excess food pieces can be wiped off.

I actually hate to reccommend these placemats to anyone because I WANT THEM ALL FOR MYSELF! Their design is perfect, their texture is exquisit, they're made of recycled materials and they look amazing in my 1950s kitchen. Thanks CB2—ILOVEYOU!

We received these as a wedding present, and they are so much cooler looking in person! They are nice and big, with a smooth surface for easy clean-up. All unique with lots of different colors speckled throughout!
