Decent, Nice Lamp

The delivery box was big, but not that heavy. I didn't realize the iron-finish would be so gray; for some reason I thought/hoped it was more of a brown-black. It's definitely not as dark as the picture. Assembled it by myself fairly easily. I couldn't figure out why it was so wobbly, then I discovered I was supposed to tighten the screw at the bottom. It's bright enough for me and my small living room (11 ft by 13 ft).

These lamps are great! I bought them for my bedroom and they fit nicely on the night stands. The only complaint I have about them is the on and off switch is hard to get to, but other than that they are a wonderful value and look wonderful as well.

The lamps (got both floor & table lamps) look great, just got them today. Very easy to put together. Only problem is that with the "type A, 150 watt" 3-way bulbs, they do not work as 3-way lights -- just one light option. Otherwise, very pleased!

I love the design of the lamp and it lights my bedroom very well. It also came very quickly. However, after several attempts, I can't get the base and stem to be completely sturdy, so it moves when I touch it. Also, the knob to turn the lamp on was not attached when I opened the box. But, for the price, I'm happy overall with the lamp.

Love the lamp and, unlike others, I find the amount of light appropriate for my room.
The shade, however, is defective, with the suede finish missing from a dime-sized area. Not having the time to return the whole lamp and wait for a replacement, I chose to camouflage the bad side by turning it to a wall. It now looks great.

I have 2 in my living room. Very pleased with the overall look, the quality of light, and the scale. Shade is very nice and interesting contrast with the metal. Overall a great value.

Sturdy, good light. With a sueded fabric for the shade, it can easily look cheap, but this was executed nicely. Bottom line: looks way more than $69. GET IT!

This lamps gives off more light than I expected after reading previous reviews. The quality is good and shade looks and feels nice. I just had a little bit of trouble getting the shade level. I highly recommend it and the matching table lamp!

I was happy with the weight of this lamp, the iron gives it good balance. It is very easy to assemble and the lampshade is a soft suede - very nice.
If you have the correct lightbulb you can change the setting from dimmer light to brighter light.
The shade itself is fairly thick and gives a nice glow to the room. You can swivel the rectangular shade to fit the space you are putting it in.
On one edge of the shade you can see a slightly larger overlap of fabric that the other edges do not have.
Very well packaged, good directions. Great price.

If you are looking for a lamp that will light up your whole room, the nash floor lamp is not for you. I bought two lamps for my 19'x20' living/dining room and they are just right for eating dinner in front of the tv or a low key evening with a few guests. Even with super bright bulbs, the lampshade is really thick and does not project any light through it. It looks great though, is easy to assemble/adjust, and fits very well with my modern condo. Don't recommend using CFLs, though, as this is an adjustable lamp (unless you're only going to keep it on one setting) :/

We are trying to modernize our living room and bought this lamp with the table one to match. It is beautiful looking, but it just doesn't give off that much light. It is a great lamp if you live in a place that has a lot of natural light.

Overall, I like this floor lamp. It's relatively sturdy and very cute, while giving good light. My one complaint is that the lamp shade doesn't quite stay put no matter how tight I make it, but for the price, I hardly care that much. I believe I will have this for years.

I bought this lamp about 6 weeks ago, and I love it! It looks way more expensive than it is, it took me only about 2 min to put together, and it also offers a surprisingly good amount of light. Based on the description I personally would be skeptical of faux suade, but the shade is nice and chic and looks great on the steel base. I couldn't take the lamp on the subway, so I just had it delivered, and it arrived in perfect shape.
