Looks gorgeous! Very well made. Great deal for the price. Not soft but still comfortable. I'd advise the use of cushion if your butt isn't soft enough already!

Style but no substance

I ordered the surf office chair about a year ago to use at work. While it looks great, it's very hard and uncomfortable (I'm in it throughout 9-12 hour work days) and the wheels don't roll well at all. I often have to get up to move it because it stops a few feet from my desk. I've struggled with it for about a year now, and it's still in good shape so therefore is pretty durable.
If you want something that looks good but doesn't have to stand up to long days of use, this is your chair.

I love the look of this chair. The only drawback that its not the most comfortable chair and you wouldnt want to sit in it all day long.

For the money, this attractive desk chair can't be beat. It's sleek, modern, and sturdy, and it takes literally minutes to put together. The only design flaw I see in it is the arms on the chair. They are a sort of chrome tubing and very narrow, and so are always cold to the touch and somewhat awkward to rest one's arms on. The inclusion of a flat, narrow pad of the same leather as the seat for each arm would make it perfect.

I have had this chair for about a week. It was very well packed and easy to assemble. I purchased the white one, and it looks great in my office. My house is mostly traditional design, and this chair fits in really well into our overall scheme.
I work from home, and spend a lot of time at my desk. I read several reviews about how hard this chair is, but I think this chair is very comfortable, and I have no problems sitting at my desk in it for extended periods of time. I have been looking at similar chairs at other stores that cost much more. This chair is a fantastic buy.

I was nervous about purchasing this chair for my new home office in terms of its comfort after reading the reviews. After having it for a couple weeks, I can't say it's the MOST comfortable chair I've ever used, but I really love the way it looks in my home office and the comfort level is fine with me. I sometimes use a pillow if I'm going to be sitting for long periods of time. I also like being able to raise and lower the seat. So, if you're looking for a stylish chair at a great price, I recommend this highly. If comfort is your #1 priority, look elsewhere.

Great looking chair, great price but you can't sit on it for more than 20 minutes at a time,it is so uncomfortable. My cat likes it.

I purchased two of these chairs in yellow when the yellow color was available. They are nicely crafted, sturdy, and easy to assemble. They fit well into my modern office decor and add a nice little pop of color. I also purchased two throw pillows from CB2 to use with each chair because they are not very "cushy." These chairs are definitely more for aesthetics and light to moderate use. If you have a home office that you use for several hours a day--go for something with my support.

I have this chair in lobster and love it! The color pops and the seat is very comfortable whether I'm just popping down to check e-mail or sitting for hours wasting time on facebook. If you need a desk chair, buy this one!

It's a beautiful chair. It looks nice with the trig white file cabinet I purchased together. But it's not very combortable so I put a pillow on the seat (mine happened to be zebra print too). It works for me because I usually don't sit there too long. I've never had a swivle chair so i'm liking it ;)

The chair is beautiful and stylish, but comfortable it is not. I still like it because i appriciate the beauty of it and keep a small white, zebra print pillow in the chair for more lumbar support. My husband does not like the the chair, but kept it, because he knows I like it. My mother always said, "Beauty is pain darling".

I bought this to go with the Trig console and am super happy with it. Wanted something comfortable and stylish, that wasn't too bulky or boring, to fit a small bedroom work space. This is perfect! Love the white leather - very sleek, clean, and modern looking. Design is roomy yet very slim and streamlined and doesn't take up too much visual or functional space. Go surf chair!
