I bought 3 of these, and I have them on my dining table. I buy fresh flowers weekly and display them in these vases, and have them in a line of three. It gives an extra feel of modern to my dining area.
Do be careful with the glass. I've had these for a while, and I haven't had any problems with these, but the glass does feel to be fragile.

Very pretty and delicate. Loved it while it lasted! The whole thing is pretty fragile and after numerous uses, mine finally bit the dust. Oh well! Cheap enough that I can just buy a replacement!

Looks great for an even greater price
Date: 10/05/2009
I have the three matching vases from this series.. They look awesome grouped together. In my last house they were put up on a shelf against a sand blasted cement block wall.. in my new house they are in my kitchen window. I love that they are see through as they aren't so obvious and I can still enjoy my view into the Seattle woods. I am a bit of a bottle hoarder and I think these were a great addition to my collection.

Great table toppers
Date: 09/18/2009
I ordered 4 and finally filled them with layers of colored sand as shown in the catalog. It took a few tries to get them to look as good as in the catalog. I finally got my new Darjeeling dining table to set them on and am really pleased. Wish they were a wee bit bigger but I may just order a few more. :)

Love These!
Date: 09/16/2009
These are just the right size for tabletop...not too big to over-power the table, not so small that they get lost. Love the clean, clear glass. all arrived in great shape.

Simple, industrial, lab inspired. These look great in a row with one flower in each or better yet, with a few blades of grass.

Stretch your flower budget farther!
Date: 09/04/2009
I got 3 of these vases to put on a credenza and they are the perfect way to create a stylish "design magazine" look and save money on flowers - you can have a great arrangement with only 3 flowers! CB2 did a great job with shipping too, everything arrived safe and sound.

Love these!!

I have three of these vases and adore them! They are such a fun, contemporary design and make a fun splash in the house. I often just add water...they look like large crystal balls with a stem!

I love little bud vases. The only problem is that it is hard to clean as the neck is so narrow.

Chem dependent
Date: 09/03/2009
These chem stems are the ideal way to liven up a traditional setting. Of course they can also hold their own in an ultra modern space as well. I now use them all the time for instant party atmosphere. Five gerbera daisies and five chem stems in different shapes and it's the cheapest centerpiece ever. And everyone goes crazy. Not kidding.
These stems can own the center of a long dining table or can be grouped together on a countertop or bistro table. Either way, they say you don't take yourself too seriously, but you're scientifically serious about entertaining.

Striking look ruined by fused glass line.
Date: 07/13/2009
You can't see it in the photos but the vase is actually made out of two pieces of glass, one long thin cylinder and another round bowl, they're fused together where they meet, creating a very visible 1/2 cm of lines and wavy glass which somewhat ruins the clean clear lines created by the vase's silhouette. It's noticeable not just close up. I'd only buy more or these is I was using them in an application where they were on a shelf or ledge were views would be more then six feet away at all times.

Modern twist on a classic vase
Date: 04/15/2009
My style is eclectic - I love mixing old with new. I needed to modernize an old antique dresser and these vases did the trick and at an amazing price! I filled the vases with white sand purchased and fake buds purchased at a local craft store. They're fragile so you need to take some extra care but for $2.95, who can complain!?

I got a couple of these already and plan to get more. I layered in sand which I got from the hobby store and placed them on my shelf. Great to put a flower in also.

Style on the Cheap
Date: 04/14/2009
These are great. They lend a lot of style for the price, look good clustered or alone, and can serve multiple purposes! I have one of each shape now and could see buying more. I would disagree with describing them as durable however - the glass is very delicate, so put them somewhere safe.
