We ordered these in chromed aluminum for a built-in book shelf. We really like these becasue they don't take up a lot of space and they add a unique touch to the book shelf. They are heavy, well built book ends and I assume they will last a long time. We really love them!

Got these for my granddaughters (16 and 11) for Christmas. They are avid readers and love anything off-the-wall, so I know they'll love these. And they'll have them forever! It's a challenge to find gifts that will stand the test of time (and not be pitched by next Christmas), so I'm confident these bookends fill the bill!

These bookends are really cool.
They stand out a lot.
I'm into a lot of silver, so the chromed aluminum has that right touch and it shows off your book collection quite well, I might add.

It's hard to find interesting bookends, but these really do stand out. I have the chrome model and they look great. The base is plastic, which some people have a problem with, but they seem perfectly sturdy to me.

I bought these awesome people bookends in chrome for my best friend as he started a new job. He absolutely loved them! What a great gift for someone who enjoys reading and even moreso for that special someone who loves to creatively place some of their prize books on display! These little guys obviously are hard at work supporting whatever literary indulgences you might lean in their directions! I plan on buying several sets to give as gifts since they were so well received!

In a relatively small city apartment like the one I live in, it's nice to have a few attention-grabbing pieces that are both functional and attractive. These bookends do the trick. They look terrific and add an element of whimsy and humor to an otherwise serious bookshelf, breaking the monotony of so many weighty tomes.

I love these bookends and have 2 sets of them on my bookshelves. They make me smile everytime I see them. They are a great conversation piece and obviously do their job. But why are they so expensive!??!?

i bought this for my living room and i'm so happy with my purchase. friends who come over compliment me on those bookends and always ask where i got it. i got them in silver and they're really sturdy and supports most of my favorite books. the shadow detail is really nice.

I saw these and instantly smiled at how cute they are! I bought the silver ones, loved them so much I went and bought the white ones for another room! Great product, great CB2 quality, as usual! I did think they were a tiny bit pricey at first, but they work beautiful and add a cute flare to the bookshelves.

I have been looking for attractive book ends for months and could not find ones I liked anywhere. These bookends were purchased as one of my sons college graduation gifts. He loves to read and has plenty of books. He went wild over the bookends as did his brother and some of his friends. They have a sleek, clean line and the shadow effect just makes them even more interesting. Glad I saw them on Madberries!
