Perfect for smaller space

I bought this to go with the Trig desk. I have a small home office and it is perfect. I chose the 5 shalf over the 3 shelf because I wanted the capacity to store more items. It is sturdy and was extremely easy to put together. It is very chic looking, especially when it's paired with the desk.

These shelves are good quality for the price and pefect for my home office! The feel sturdy but look light and airy with a clean design. Easy to put together. I think the glass shelving makes them look less industrial than the other cb2 metal book cases...could even belong in a living or TV room. Very happy with the bookcases!

Light & Airy Bookcase

I really love the Trig 5-shelf Bookcase. I have a very long bedroom, but is very narrow. It faces west and as a result has very little light in it. I wanted a piece of furniture that could hold a lot of stuff, but wouldn't be heavy in my room - basically I wanted it to be seen, but not be seen. The trig 5-shelf accomplishes just that! It's there, but because of the opaque glass shelves, the steel like frame, and the absence of sides and back, the trig is barely there. It's a light airy piece that lets the sunlight flow right through it. Yet, at the same time, even though it's barely there, u can't help but be drawn to its sleek lines - but in a good way!
It's a cool sleek design that is not too tall, but tall enough to hold a lot of stuff. The shelves are both wide and tall enough to fit a large variety of knick knacks or whatever ur storing (in my case, designer handbags and attaches). I really can't say enough good things about it.
It took me about 30 mins to put it together. I found it very easy to assemble - and I'm not very good at that task. My only complaint was that the glass seemed a bit scratched when it was held at an angle toward the sunlight (but it was unnoticeable when I laid it down on the shelf and I couldn't feel any scratches on the glass). Oh, and for some reason the glass didn't lay flat on one shelf. The rods were straight and aligned and the "bubble stickers" I placed on the shelves seemed to be done correctly. It does lay flat when there is weight on the shelf and honestly, I'm not worried about it at all.
A great piece of furniture! Design conscious! I recommend it for anyone who is looking for a great storage/showcase piece for ANY area in a home.

Looks very attractive and is sturdy from what I've used it for. The only issue is you need some good book rests to keep things from falling off the side.

The trig shelf looks great, but the steel was dented in a few places when we opened up the box (front & backs were dented so it could not be hidden). Easy to assemble and great price! Getting the rest of the set soon...

We were looking for a modern and stylish book shelf for our HS freshman, daughter's room and this was the perfect size, style, and fit the budget as well. It is the perfect compliment for the Trig desk that we also purchased. She has plenty of room for books, trophies, collectibles, etc. Is very sturdy and attractive. Just what she and we wanted. Take your time assembling and read the directions!!!

This piece looks great once you get it together, but getting it together is part of the problem. It's easy to torque out of shape as youre tightening it all down. I probably rebuilt this unit three or four times before I got it to be level and square - where I was satisfied with how it looked and functioned.

I bought two of these for the office. Our office is very clean, simple, modern and beautiful. Any furniture in here must blend in as well as be functional. Our office design has been featured in several magazines and when I was faced with the task of finding bookshelves, I was nervous. I found these and had to look no further! They were very easy to assemble and we had not a single problem with them. Once I filled up the shelves with colorful design books, it was perfection! I wish I could post a photograph of them so you can see how great these look and work. Look no further, this is what you are looking for.

There are many things I love about this product...
It was delivered quickly, easy to put together, was inexpensive and is the perfect size. I am using it to hold 2 large format printers and a bunch of books and everything fits perfectly on the shelves and the unit is sturdy enough to hold the weight. Practical with a sleek design...I would recommend this product to anyone.

Purchased this shelf for bathroom in new apartment. Had purchased Trig shelving previously for a small business and loved them. Easy to assemble even by one person. Like the subtle chrome finish and creates good storage. Would recommend this shelf.

Bought one five shelf book case and two three shelf bookcases to go along with matching trig desks for home office. It took only about an hour and half to set up everything! The pieces are sturdy and, despite a recommendation that the five tier bookcase be bolted to the wall, it stands on its own quite nicely - no wobbling. Compliments have already started to flow on how great the pieces look. Its hard to believe the quality is this high and the price is so reasonable. Work and filing at night is actually enjoyable now!

I'm very happy with the purchase. It is very stable on my carpet, i like the simple design and it's the right size. My wide format printer and the stereo fit perfectly in each shelf. The shelves are glass and it's not too tall of a shelf either so it doesn't look overwhelming in my apartment. I've been looking for a similar bookshelf at other stores, but they are usually more expensive or the size isn't right. so when i found this, it was perfect. i'm thinking about getting another one.

We bought two of these to go with our complete Trig office. The open design is great and perfect for displaying some of our collections. There is amble room to place any computer equiment as well. Item was well packed and easy to assemble. Shipping was fast and a great price consdering the weight of all the items that we purchased.

This is a great bookshelf. You have to be careful not to slide anything across it or it will scratch but it's very nice looking and great quality.
